Questions

What owners ask first.

How are you compensated?

Our engagements are primarily success-based, so our compensation depends on completing a transaction on terms you accept. Fees are set out in writing before any engagement begins.

How is confidentiality maintained?

Your company is introduced to buyers without its name. Identifying information is shared only after a buyer signs a non-disclosure agreement and you approve them.

How long does a sale take?

Six to nine months is typical. Preparation before going to market, including clean financial statements and current licenses and contracts, shortens diligence.

Who are the buyers?

Family offices, private investors, PE-backed platforms, private equity funds and strategic operators. We help you weigh role after closing, structure and fit alongside price.

I am not planning to sell for a few years. Should we talk now?

Yes. Many owners begin 12 to 24 months ahead, which leaves time to address what lowers value before buyers see the business.
